    • Hi Ainsley,
      Flavia doesn’t recommend combining carbs and fats at the same because carbs and fats use the same energy pathway for digestion so you are likely o store the fat as fat when it is combined with carbs. Hope that makes sense. As long as you keep the fat under 10 grams with your carb meals (so I tsp of cocnut oil is fine) and carbs under 10 grams with your fat meals you should be good.

  • Hey Flavia! Ive been following your workout routines for a while now but im having an issue building muscle. Idk what type of protein is good to use. Im skinny. I weigh about 117. I follow every workout andim beginning to eat extra healthy. Also what types of supplements should I use? I always have low iron. I do take the one a day multivitamin but idk if that’s good to use. Thank you for all that you do!
