Inner Thigh Exercises – Workouts for Women

A lot of ladies I work with want thinner thighs. (myself included ) A lot of them feel that the hip adductor/abductor machine in the gym, just ain’t cutting it… and they’re right.


If you want to see thinner thighs, doing the same exact exercise – once or twice a week isn’t ideal. To get noticeable results (a lot) faster, you need to do several different inner thigh exercises (I recommend 6 yo) – 1 to 2 times a week.


This is a hip adductor/abductor machine, in case you don’t know what I’m talking about.



Following my formula, you’ll have enough targeted training volume to get results anddddd prevent plateaus. This way you’ll get noticeable results asap – without overtraining.


A lot of ladies feel limited with inner thigh exercises… they don’t know what exercises to do, that don’t require a thigh-master like apparatus, or machine at the gym. I got you, boo.


That’s exactly why I put together this inner thigh workout for you. It has 6 exercises that target your inner thighs… and will actually help thin your thighs – and not add bulk.

How to do these Inner Thigh Exercises


This thigh workout has 6 easy exercises – for thin thighs – that don’t add bulk. Repeat each exercise until you ‘feel the burn.’ Once you feel the burn do 5 more. Ideally, we’ll be working in the 20-30 rep range, so make sure you choose resistance bands that will allow you to do the exercises with proper form. Adjust as needed to suit your skill level.


Do each exercise to complete one set. Do 3 full sets to complete your workout. You can do 4 if you want extra credit.


For the best results you need to keep your heart rate up… so take as little rest as possible between exercises and sets.


I recommend doing this thigh workout one time a week, in addition to another one of my thigh workouts. It’s also important to follow a meal plan and complete training program! Abs really are made in the kitchen! Click here to learn more.
