Full Body HIIT Workout – Build Muscle, Burn Fat

You know I love High-Intensity Workouts! Why do I love them so much? I’m glad you asked!


High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT incorporates short bursts of cardio with weight training or resistance training. Not only is bringing your heart rate up and down throughout your workout the best way to burn fat but after your workout your body goes into an “after burn” which means you are burning calories 18-24 hours POST workout. Something you don’t get from spending an hour on a treadmill or elliptical.


Yes, please?! HIIT will not be for everyone, and I don’t think there is one way to workout. I do HIIT as well as regular weight training with zero cardio. I respond to however I’m feeling that day. Sometimes it’s a bike ride, a walk, rollerblading, HIIT, weights, or wine and pizza. It’s about balance and listening to your body.

FULL BODY HIIT


Repeat circuit 4x – all exercises should be repeated one after the other with a 1-2 minute break in between each round. Make sure to grab water when needed! Also, check out my warm up video to do beforehand.



  1. Deadlifts — 15 reps
  2. Squat W/ Press — 15 reps
  3. Supermans — 15 reps
  4. Tricep Extension W/ Flutter Kick — 30 seconds
  5. Man Makers – 15 reps
  6. Lunge – Squat – Lunge = 1 rep — 12 reps total
  7. Bosu Ball Mountain Climbers W/ Press — 15 reps
  8. Bosu Plank W/ Toe Taps — 30 seconds
